App-Controlled Smart Heating

Modern and eco-friendly slimline electric radiator controlled remotely by an app on your phone.  Our Premier Range rooms come with a stylish wall-mounted Milano Aruba vertical slimline electric radiator in white or anthracite grey for year-round comfort and economical on-demand heating. Ideal for rooms that don't have access to central heating pipes, the Milano Aruba radiator is an eco-friendly choice that can be controlled remotely via the Terma BlueLine heating app thanks to its Bluetooth-connected heating element.

Modern Bifold Doors

Large aluminium bifold doors that bring the outside in.  Three-panel aluminium bifold doors offering high-security locking, toughened glass, and high-performance double glazing. They are also argon gas filled (to aid thermal insulation), heat reflective and UV protective.

Strong & Energy-Efficient Structure

Eco-friendly Structured Insulated Panels (SIPs) offer a strong structure and fantastic thermal insulation. Our garden rooms are created using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), which make for an incredibly strong and energy-efficient space. Made from a layer of polyurethane sandwiched foam between two sheets of Oriented Strand Board (OSB), they offer an amazing thermal insulation of c.0.27 for a 97mm thick panel and c.0.21 for a 122mm thick panel.  They are made using Envirofoam 16.464, which contains no CFCs or HCFCs (gases harmful to the ozone layer). Eco-Friendly Foundations

Giant ground screws provide a more sustainable and mess-free alternative to concrete. We use giant ground screws to create a strong and level foundation. They’re a lower carbon alternative to concrete, use fewer resources and work in better harmony with the environment. Ground screw foundations also avoid the need for excavation and heavy machinery, which limits damage and mess in your garden. It is estimated that a 4m x 5m timber garden room requires a minimum of 1 tonne of cement, producing 1.25 tonnes of embedded carbon.
