  5. Site Visit — we visit your property to assess access, services, ground conditions and positioning, covering practical details like electrics, clearance and logistics.
  6. Showroom Experience — you visit us at The Glasshouse Collective to walk through your design, review materials and explore finishes.
  7. Approval & Onboarding — once approved, we finalise every detail, confirm timelines and prepare for build. Your project is now fully defined.
  8. Build & Delivery — we agree a start date and our in-house team delivers your project, typically within 6 to 8 weeks, finishing with full snagging and handover.
