Use
Multifunctional family swimming pool room with open-sided outdoor dining and outdoor kitchen area – also included a separate pool pump room.
We take great pride in working with our clients in the design stages to create rooms that sit well with their gardens and surroundings. This family wanted a new Pool room, which also included an outside under-canopy dining area and outdoor kitchen area, we also created a new Pump room, and internally the room included a new Kitchenette and toilet and shower washroom.
Design
The room was a bespoke design based on our Dawn design, from our signature range.
Cladding
Externally the room was clad in Mid Grey Siberian larch cladding
Glazing
The room was further complemented with heritage-style french windows with two side windows.
And a large fixed pencil window between the main room and external outdoor dining room
Electrical
The room was further enhanced with 4 Up /down lights
Interior
Inside was finished with oak flooring and plastered and painted finish and full dual heat and aircon system.
Kitchen
The kitchen also included a fridge and Basin and bespoke units.
The room also included:
Toilet washroom / Shower complete with Cruittal style shower screen
The clients also wanted full hard-wired connectivity and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.
