Project Type: Fully Bespoke Showroom
Project Overview: Designed and built, and project managed a bespoke room 7m x 4 m = 28 m2 = 2.5m External height, Twilight room style from our Signature Range with 500 mm overhang
Design Basis: Fully bespoke Twilight style design –
1. Structural Design:

- Fully bespoke based on the Twilight design-
- Exterior Finishes:
- Millboard & All Green Durlston Brick slip cladding -to front and all sides
- Glazing: 3 Leaf Crittal Style – Soho Range -Bifold doors
- One single large aluminium glazed Pencil window
- Interior Specifications:
- Flooring: Engineered Oak
- Walls: Plastered and painted finish
- Dual air conditioning
2. Lighting:
- Interior: Downlights and multiple wall lights – multiple double sockets
- Exterior: 2 x Chrome up/downlights
- Specialised Features:

- Connectivity: Full hard-wired network
- Toilet and washbasin – Hidden door in cladding
- Fully bespoke Kitchenette with fridge, washbasin, and marble worktop and shelves
- Fully bespoke Media unit, shelves, and bookcase

- Sitting within the existing Glasshouse collective Garden
