1. Project Overview: We designed, built and project-managed 5m x 3m, 15m2 with an internal height of 2.5mDbuild and project manage 5m x 3m, 15m2 with an internal height of 2.5m bespoke garden room
   • Design Basis: Primary Use: Multi-functional -Gym/ Drum room Space- with a separate secure storage and connected decking
2. Structural Design:

   • Exterior Feature: 500mm canopy
3. Exterior Finishes:
   • Cladding: Shiu Sugi ban charred wood with factory coating to the front and one side- rhino cladding to the rear and one side
   • Glazing:
     • One set of Heritage Crittall-style aluminium doors with two fixed-side windows and one Horizontal pencil window to r/h side
4. Interior Specifications:
   • Flooring: Engineered Oak
   • Walls: Plastered and painted finish with a pine internal wood cladding
   • Underfloor heating
   • Lighting:
   • • Interior: Downlights and multiple wall lights
     • Exterior: Under-soffit canopy spotlights and 2 x up/down lights
5. Specialised Features:
   • Secure separate storage unit in same cladding and style and hidden door in cladding
   • Connectivity: Full hard-wired network
6. Exterior Landscaping:
   • Decking: Bespoke Millboard decking to connect both rooms over a sloping garden
   • Greenery: Established planting for immediate aesthetic appeal
7. Client-Specific Requirements:
   • Emphasis on natural light maximisation
   • Creation of a versatile space for Drum practice, gym workout and a secure storage unit
8. Project Outcome:
   Delivered a luxurious, multifunctional space that seamlessly blends indoor comfort with outdoor living, meeting the family’s needs for a home Gym, a drum practice room /storage and a spare room away from home for all the family to enjoy for relaxation and entertainment.
