✔️Connectivity: Garden offices are rarely close enough to a home’s WiFi for a good internet connection, so we recommend a Cat 6 ethernet cable that’s laid alongside your power lines during the build for a reliable and secure connection that’s up to the job.⁠

✔️Light: Natural light is a big plus, but you may need windows with built-in blinds, or stylish ‘moveable’ sunscreens to manage extra sunny days. In the winter, track lighting over your desk that works independently from the rest of your lighting, or a free-standing desk light, are great options.⁠

✔️Fresh Air: Research by the World Green Building Council reports up to an 11% increase in productivity from fresh air at work, so consider green potted plants, fully opening bi-fold doors and long opening side windows.⁠
