What if access to my garden or site is difficult?
Generally, there is not a site we cannot build in. Our buildings are modular, the panels and other materials we use for construction can be carried to difficult to access sites through or over most obstacles. We have erected buildings on sites where we had to carry materials through mid terrace houses, through windows, through first floor flats, over balconies, and many other hard to access locations.
How long after a survey will I get a quote?
We will turn around your quote as soon as possible and aim to do so within 3-5 days. Sometimes we will work on designs with you following the survey, and we will not quote until we have settled on the perfect design so it may be a little longer. However, normally we will have settled on a design on the survey so will not need to go through this process.
How long is a site survey?
This will depend on the complexity of your project and your intended build site, but a survey will generally last around an hour max 2 hours. Our team will walk through your plans with you, ensuring all your wishes are considered and take a look over the proposed build site to discuss any potential complications or design recommendations etc.
Do you charge for amendments on your garden room plans?
We understand that changes may be required after initial plans have been created, and we offer a certain number of amendments for free. However, if you require further amendments beyond this limit, we do charge a fee of £85 for each subsequent amendment to cover the cost of additional design work and revisions. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final design before we begin construction, and our team will work with you throughout the design process to ensure that your garden room meets your specific requirements. What do you charge for your planning and application fees?
Plans with up to 3 amendments and submission, by our Planning Consultant, to your local council for a Lawful Development Certificate £1050 Plans with up to 3 amendments and submission, by our Planning Consultant, to your local council for a Full Planning Permission £1250
How will I be updated?
Following receipt of your order, we will correspond with you throughout the process via email. This includes the delivery of documentation, installation date selection, payment reminders, etc. It is important that you follow the instructions on each email after you have placed your order. We do supplement these emails with text reminders. We ONLY send text reminders to prompt important emails. In some instances emails can be located in your SPAM filter, so it is important to check BOTH your inbox and Spam filters. We will not send you marketing via SMS and following the successful installation of your building

Can I build my own bespoke package?
You can enjoy a lot of choice when you choose Into The Garden Room to design your new garden building. We currently have three different packages to choose from, and these have all been carefully constructed to provide a wide range of choice when it comes to designing your perfect garden room.
Why do we sell in packages?
We do this to allow customers to know exactly what they are purchasing at a glance with no hidden surprises.
Is construction included in the price?
Yes, all our packages include full construction. This is undertaken by our in house specialist installation teams We DO NOT use any sub-contractors.
