It depends on what you order and when you order it but typically we need 4-5 weeks for manufacturing all of the doors, windows and insulated panels etc. A typical installation takes between 4- 6 weeks/ working days. If planning permission is required this process needs to allowed for and can take 8 – 10 weeks.

If you are interested in one of our garden room buildings, contact us for a comprehensive brochure & priced, along with any additional queries you may have. A visit to one of our showrooms gives you a real feel of the quality we offer and is a great way to start your project. We provide a free on-site or virtual design consultation service, allowing us to have a comprehensive look at your location, land and access. During this meeting, you are provided with samples of the building, and together we can design the perfect garden room to suit your requirements.

35% deposit paid on booking.

We require the final balance once the building work has finished, and you have signed your garden room off as complete.

We always aim to get your garden room installed within an 8-10 week period, however due to an increase in orders post Covid, this has now extended to 10-qw weeks. Occasionally, earlier slots do become available and we will discuss these with you at the point of you placing an order.

Once you have established your perfectgarden room, you can place your order with us by phone, email or face-to-face.
