What if access to my garden or site is difficult?
Generally, there is not a site we cannot build in. Our buildings are constructed using two methods of construction, SIPs = Structurally Insulated Panels and Timber Frame construction, the panels and other materials we use for construction can be carried to difficult to access sites through or over most obstacles. We have erected buildings on sites where we had to carry materials through mid terrace houses,Down and up stairs and through windows, through first floor flats, over balconies, and many other hard to access locations. This will require a site visit to fully understand access, we always protect your property
Do I have to do my own clearance and groundwork?
No, you don't have to do your own clearance and groundwork for your garden room. At Into The Garden Room, we offer a full range of services, including clearance and groundwork, to make the process of installing a garden room as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our team has years of experience in preparing the ground for garden rooms and will take care of all the necessary steps, such as digging the foundation, laying the base, and installing utilities. Do you deliver garden rooms to overseas addresses?
At this time, we do not offer delivery of our garden rooms to addresses outside of mainland UK. We are focused on providing high-quality garden rooms to customers within the UK and ensuring that they are satisfied with our products and services. Where do you install garden rooms?
We install our garden rooms across Surrey,London and the home counties. We offer a range of 2 Hours from our base in KT12
Can I use my building throughout the year?
Absolutely! Our garden buildings are comfortable to use all year round. In fact, our buildings are generally more thermally efficient than an average house. The SIP construction is so well insulated that the interior will remain cool in the summer and will stay nice and warm in the winter, so you can use it throughout the year in complete comfort. Because garden rooms are small and well insulated, they take very little to warm up. In the summer, you may want to install an air conditioner to stay cool if you are using your garden room as a gym.
