Will we clean the building?
Yes, we always leave our buildings ready for you to move your furniture straight in. All frames and glass is thoroughly cleaned.

Will I have to carry out any routine maintenance on the studio office?
Cleaning the studio with a hose, water and brush is enough. If you have trees nearby the guttering at the rear will need clearing on occasions.

Because of naturally occurring chemicals in the wood, there’s no need to treat external cedar cladding. As with all-natural products, cedar cladding will age and change appearance over time. In most areas of the UK, this will mean untreated cedar cladding will weather to a dark grey colour. You can if you wish to use stains, preservatives and other wood treatments for cosmetic reasons.
