How long does it take from point of placing an order to the actual installation?
We always aim to get your garden room installed within an 8-10 week period, however due to an increase in orders post Covid, this has now extended to 10-qw weeks. Occasionally, earlier slots do become available and we will discuss these with you at the point of you placing an order.
How do I place an order?
Once you have established your perfectgarden room, you can place your order with us by phone, email or face-to-face.
Do you offer discounts?
We believe in offering our customers the best possible value for money for the high-quality products and services we provide. We do not offer discounts on our buildings as we are committed to maintaining our exceptional quality standards. However, we do offer occasional special offers on our optional extras. In addition, if you visit our showroom, you will be eligible for a £200 discount off your order. We also offer financing options to help make your dream garden room more affordable. Please contact our sales team to learn more about our financing options and any current special offers.
Does my quote include VAT?
All our Premier Range room prices are quoted inclusive of VAT, but VAT is not included within the quoted cost of our Signature Range rooms, our Bespoke Service or for our Garden Room Spa Range (sauna and steam rooms).
How long does a garden room take to install/build?
The installation time depends on the type of garden room you choose but typically: Premier Range Rooms: 2-3 weeks Signature Range Rooms: 5-6 weeks Bespoke Service & Garden Spa Range: Timings depend on the size and specification of your garden room or spa – we’ll be able to estimate this once the final design is agreed All timings are subject to delays if adverse weather conditions render us unable to undertake the necessary works.
What is included in the price?
Our order form holds all the information you need. There are no hidden charges or fees. What is on your order form is what you pay. Should there be any changes to the specification during the build process, or unknown charges are incurred for unforeseen circumstances they will be discussed with you, the client, never just added to the bill.
