Use
Multifunctional family room with Bar and toilet and with integrated storage and bespoke deck.
We take great pride in working with our clients in the design stages to create rooms that sit well with their gardens and surroundings. This family wanted a room for all the family to use as a break space away from the family home, they wanted a room that included a separate storage area for all their cushions and garden equipment, which was incorporated within the room and with a hidden door in the cladding.

Design
The room was a bespoke design based on our Dawn design, from our signature range.

Cladding
Externally the room was clad in our exclusive reclaimed wood brown cladding

Glazing
The room was further complemented with Heritage Crittal style aluminium Bifold doors.

Storage
The room also featured an integrated storage area with a hidden door in the cladding complimented with a matt black handle.

Electrical
The room was further enhanced with 2 Up /down lights and in soffit canopy spotlights.

Interior
Inside was finished with oak flooring and plastered and painted finish and full duel heat and aircon system.
The room also included a Bespoke bar with a copper top and bespoke storage units and a small sink wine fridge and back bar with floating shelves.
A separate toilet and washbasin.

The clients also wanted full hard-wired connectivity and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall with a slatted wall with a media unit and TV.
