We do not offer the option to purchase a garden room directly from our website. Instead, you can use the website to research the range of designs available and get inspiration for your own garden room. Then you can either get a quote by filling out the form or contact us to find out more.

On average even the larger studios take 4-6  weeks to complete to a painted finish. With such a quick build we keep the studio build site as clean as possible.

No, all our quotations are fixed. However if we cannot fix grind escrows or solid bases this may require other construction methods and possible extra prices. We’ll only ever ask for more if you need extras.

We need you to sign our order quotation and pay the refundable  deposit, we then liaise with the full team and give you an agreed provisional start date.

Our quotes are free, and without obligation. Our payment terms vary across our Premier Range, Signature Range, Bespoke Service and Garden Spa Range, but typically all include at least four phased payments that are clearly outlined in your proposal and ‘phased’ across the different stages (ranging from the deposit, through to a final payment on satisfactory completion). Invoices are issued for settlement at the completion of each stage. We offer finance options. Garden room costs can vary dramatically from supplier to supplier.  The cost of a garden room can also depend on many factors such as: • Size • Glazing • Insulation • Internal specifications such as electrics and plumbing adding, air conditioning etc. ITTGR garden rooms are built to building regulation standards, which means our quality is far superior to many other standard garden room options.  Our garden rooms are built with premium SIP’s panels, therefore allowing you to use your garden room all year round in every weather condition.  For an idea of our approximate costs, please visit our garden

Our average garden room build time is 20 working days, however this will depend on any additional services you require.  As we use structurally insulated panels for our garden rooms, the actual construction part of the garden room is relatively quick and easy. For larger, more intricate garden room projects, that may involve plumbing in bathrooms or kitchens as well as electrics and media equipment, a bespoke timeline would be required. Many clients choose to have their garden landscaped or paving added after the garden room has been constructed, which would also require extra time. Why not book a free
