Can I decorate my new garden office myself?
As part of the standard finish across all our garden rooms, we will plaster and paint the interior for you. You can then decorate your garden office according to your tastes. Interior design ideas for garden rooms are as varied as the people who own them. You can try something contemporary, or go for a classic rustic chic. Alternatively, you can use our interior design service – the choice is yours.
Can I paint/stain the outside of my garden room?
When you order your garden room from us, the building will not need painting or staining after we have finished. All of our rooms are unique and based on your choice of claddings, and they are all fully protected from the elements. However, there is nothing to stop you from painting or staining the outside of your garden room. If you would like to change the colour of the exterior, you can paint or stain your garden room with a water-based substance without damaging the protective properties in the wood.
Can you design my garden room as a custom shape?

Do you offer an electrical connection from my house to my garden room?
Yes, we can provide a complete electrical connection from your house to your garden room as an added service. This option is available at an additional cost, which will be confirmed during your design consultation. The electrical connection will ensure that your garden room has a reliable power source and can support any electrical devices or appliances that you plan to use. If you prefer, you are also welcome to arrange for your own electrician to handle the electrical connection. This is a common choice for people who have a preferred electrician or who want to take a more hands-on
Do you offer painting?
Yes all our rooms are quoted for a plastered and painted finish. If you should opt to have your garden room building plastered, you can either paint the internal walls yourself or have our professional painter do it for you. If you choose to paint the room yourself, it’s worth noting that there will be no flooring, skirting or electrics to contend with as we will install these elements after painting making it far easier for you to complete.
Can you soundproof the buildings?
While we do not currently offer a completely soundproof solution for our garden rooms, we do offer a noise reduction pack that can help to reduce the transmission of sound through the walls, floors, and ceilings of the garden building. This pack includes sound-reducing insulation, a sound-reducing membrane, and acoustic glass. The insulation and membrane work together to effectively reduce the transfer of sound to approximately -45db, while the acoustic glass helps to reduce the transmission of sound through windows and doors. However, it is important to note that the acoustic glass is the least effective component of the noise
Can I have underfloor heating?
Yes, underfloor heating is an option that we provided. However, it is often not necessary. The reason for this is that all of our garden rooms boast excellent heat retention properties already. They are so efficient that this extra level of heating is not usually required. As well as underfloor heating, we offer wall-mounted electric heaters, dual air conditioners/heating, and log burning stoves, so there are plenty of ways to keep your garden room warm all winter long. What heating options do you provide?
All of our insulated garden offices are supplied with a wall mounted radiator. We also offer underfloor heating and a climate control system.
Do you offer any internal painting services?
Yes, we offer internal painting services for our garden rooms. Our standard interior finishes are painted in a neutral tone, but we can also paint them in any colour of your choice. Our professional team can advise you on the best colour options to match your style and preference. With our painting services, you can achieve the exact look and feel that you want for your garden room. Do you offer a plastered finish?
Yes, we do offer a plastered finish for our garden rooms. A plastered finish can give your garden room a clean and polished look, and can also provide a smooth surface for painting or wallpapering. Our plastered finish is made using high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship, ensuring a long-lasting and seamless finish.
