Four stunning options to choose from. Your choice of high-quality and durable laminate flooring in smart oak, tawny chestnut, white-washed or chestnut oak. Whatever style you choose to complete the individual look of your garden room, it’s meticulously finished with painted MDF skirting boards: Smart Oak: The wood-grain pattern and texture creates the appearance of genuine timber, offering stunning depth and character. Choose from stunning charred ebony, or classic western red cedar. You can choose from Charred Ebony or Western Red Cedar cladding installed vertically on the front of your garden room*. Our modern-looking Charred Ebony cladding is produced from the finest slow-grown Siberian Larch, a naturally durable wood sourced from sustainable forests. Our Western Red Cedar Cladding is equally as beautiful, sustainable and high performing. We’ve taken care of the details to ensure you’ve got the lighting and electrics you need. Your Premier Range room comes with a carefully chosen number of modern internal fixed LED downlights and internal double plug sockets to perfectly suit the size of your room. Each Premier Range garden room also comes with two exterior wall-mounted stainless steel up/downlights.
App-Controlled Smart Heating
Modern and eco-friendly slimline electric radiator controlled remotely by an app on your phone. Our Premier Range rooms come with a stylish wall-mounted Milano Aruba vertical slimline electric radiator in white or anthracite grey for year-round comfort and economical on-demand heating. Ideal for rooms that don't have access to central heating pipes, the Milano Aruba radiator is an eco-friendly choice that can be controlled remotely via the Terma BlueLine heating app thanks to its Bluetooth-connected heating element.

Strong & Energy-Efficient Structure
Eco-friendly Structured Insulated Panels (SIPs) offer a strong structure and fantastic thermal insulation. Our garden rooms are created using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), which make for an incredibly strong and energy-efficient space. Made from a layer of polyurethane sandwiched foam between two sheets of Oriented Strand Board (OSB), they offer an amazing thermal insulation of c.0.27 for a 97mm thick panel and c.0.21 for a 122mm thick panel. They are made using Envirofoam 16.464, which contains no CFCs or HCFCs (gases harmful to the ozone layer). Our garden rooms come with 10-year structural & 20-year roofing guarantees for ultimate peace of mind. Our garden rooms are designed to last for at least 25 years and come with a 10-year structural guarantee. Plus, the rubber (EPDM) roofing system has an expected life of 50-years, backed by a 20-year guarantee.
