What is a garden room extension?

A garden room extension is simply another name for a garden room. Normally, an extension is used to describe the process of adding an extra room onto a house or enlarging an existing room. Garden rooms, on the other hand, are completely separate from the house. However, they are often referred to as garden room extensions even though they are separate from the main building.

Do you need planning for a garden gym?

Like any type of garden building, a garden gym does not require planning permission as long as it meets specific requirements. Garden gyms are permitted developments, but your garden gym should be no larger than 10m x 10m, the eaves should be a maximum of 2.5 metres high, the overall height should be under 4 metres with a dual pitched roof or 3 metres with any other roof. How to get wifi in garden room?

If you want Wi-Fi in your garden room, this is easy to do. You could simply run an ethernet cable from your property to the garden room and connect it to a Wi-Fi router. Alternatively, you may be able to access the Wi-Fi signal from your home. To do this, you might need a Wi-Fi extender or Wi-Fi repeater, which boosts the signal and makes it easier to access the main Wi-Fi signal.

There is no set rule about how much value a garden room can add to your property, but there’s a good chance it can increase the value of your home by anything up to 15%. However, that’s only true if the garden room is of a high quality. A low-quality garden building could have the opposite effect.
