6m x 3m, 18m2 bespoke garden room with an external height of 2.5m,
Use
Home office with area for Drum kit
With many people re-evaluating their work/life balance, our clients wanted a Home office with the added benefit of a space where their son could play his drums and Guitar
Design
The room was a bespoke design based on our Premier room design ( No Canopy ), from our signature range.
Cladding
Externally the room was clad in our exclusive Siberian Larchcladding
Glazing
The room was further complemented with Heritage Crittal style Bifold doors to front and side
which helped flood the room with natural daylight.
Electrical
The room was further enhanced with 2 Up /down lights
Interior
Inside was finished with engineered oak flooring and plastered and painted finish and a Dual air conditioner with heat and Aircon
The clients also wanted full hard-wired connectivity, with cat 6 and a Router for Wi-Fi
