Project Overview: Designed and built, project managed a bespoke garden room – 7 mtrs x 4.25 mtrs = 29.75 sq mtrs, separate storage room 2 mtrs x 4 mtrs = eight sq mtrs of 2.5m bespoke garden room

Design Basis: Moonlight design -Double aspect- Primary Use: Multi-functional -Lounge- Games and cinema room – teenage hangout – Secure storage

- Cladding: Millboard composite -Antique Oak shadow line to front and both sides- rhino cladding to the rear
