Project Overview: Designed and built, project managed a bespoke split room – 7 mtrs x 4 mtrs = 28 sq mtrs, separate storage room 2 mtrs x 4 mtrs = eight sq mtrs of 2.5m bespoke garden room

- Design Basis: Dawn design – Primary Use: Multi-functional -Home Bar – teenage hangout -toilet – Pool room- Secure storage

Delivered a luxurious, multifunctional space that seamlessly blends indoor comfort with outdoor living, meeting the family’s needs for a Bar /lounge / secure storage/ toilet and washbasin with lots of natural daylight, a spare room away from home for all the family to enjoy for relaxation, and entertainment.
