Project Overview: Designed and built, project managed a bespoke L-shaped Garden room – 5.5 mtrs x 4.5 mtrs = 10 sq mtrs  2.5m bespoke garden room

1. • Design Basis:  Fully bespoke style design based on our Twilight room – Primary Use: Multi-functional -Home office spare room – Integrated storage  area
2. Structural Design:
   • Configuration:
   • Fully bespoke design-
   • Exterior Feature: wrap around 300mm Canopy – Twilight design
   • Integrated Storage
3. Exterior Finishes:
   • Millboard shadow line cladding -to front only, Rhino  cladding to the rear, and both sides
   • Glazing:
     • One set of aluminium Heritage style French doors
   • One large floor-to-ceiling window on one side
   • integrated storage with a hidden door in the cladding
   • Interior Specifications:
   • Flooring: Engineered Oak
   • Walls: Plastered and painted finish
   • Dual air conditioning
   • Lighting:
   • • Interior: Downlights and multiple wall lights – multiple double sockets
     • Exterior: 4 x Chrome up/downlights
4. Specialised Features:
   • Connectivity: Full hard-wired network
   • Bespoke bar
   • Exterior Landscaping:
   • Paved Natural stone paver stone steps and a small patio area
