We Designed, built and project managed a bespoke L-shaped garden room, 24.745m2
- Design Basis: Customised L-shaped design- no canopy – extra height
- Primary Use: Multi-functional Annex -family space
Structural Design:
- Configuration: Premier Design
- Exterior Feature: No canopy overhang and 400 mm canopy above the doors
Exterior Finishes:
- Cladding: Siberian larch with factory coating – rhino cladding to the rear and one side
- Glazing:
  • One set of aluminium Crittal-style French doors with Crittal-style side windows
- 2 x Horizontal opening pencil windows to the front and left-hand side
Interior Specifications:
- Flooring: Engineered Oak
- Walls: Plastered and painted finish
- Plywood finish to walls
- Duel air conditioning
- Lighting:
- • Interior: Downlights and multiple wall lights
  • Exterior: Under-soffit canopy spotlights and 2 x up/down lights

- Kitchenette
  • Fully bespoke Kitchenette with fridge and washbasin
  • Washroom with toilet, and washbasin and shower
- Connectivity: Full hard-wired network
- Interior Design Elements:
  - Bespoke-designed and fitted – cupboards with hidden doors and plywood finish
  - Fully bespoke designed and fitted -pull out macy bed in a plywood finish

- Decking: Bespoke Millboard decking step-stone patio area/fencing
