Project Overview: Designed and built, project managed a bespoke room – 6 mtrs x 5 mtrs = 30 sq mtrs,

- Design Basis: Moonlight design – Double aspect – Primary Use: Multi-functional -pool room /lounge Home Bar – teenage hangout, Plumbed in toilet – Secure storage

- Cladding: Millboard composite – shadow line to front and both sides only, rhino cladding to the rear

Project Outcome:
Delivered a luxurious, multifunctional space that seamlessly blends indoor comfort with outdoor living, meeting the family’s needs for a Pool room / secure storage/ toilet, and washbasin with lots of natural daylight, a spare room away from home for all the family to enjoy for relaxation and entertainment.
