How about this for a Garden room that sits well within its surroundings..
We often hear our clients say how they have reconnected with their gardens, and by having the new garden room that they now feel connected to their garden.
We take great pride in working with our clients in the design stages to create rooms that sit well with their garden and surroundings.
This recently finished room in Richmond upon Thames really sits well within its surroundings, and was a challenging room as both boundaries were not straight and tapered off to a triangle.
This family wanted a room for all the family to use as a home office and break space/lounge away from the family home, they also wanted to include a seperate storage space with access through a door in the room.
They wanted the room to have a settled look in the garden and we achieved this through the sustainably sourced Shou Sugi Ban Douglas Fir Kiji cladding.
The room was further complimented by a bespoke designed small millboard decking area to the front.
Internally the room was further complemented with engineered oak flooring to achieve a seamless indoor outdoor space.
We love seeing the shadows and greens of the garden against the Douglas Fir Kiji cladding and really feel it adds a unique feature to the room.
