Project Overview: Designed and built, project managed a bespoke split room – 3.5 mtrs x 5.2 mtrs = 18.2 sq mtrs, mtrs of 2.5m bespoke garden room

1. • Design Basis: Dawn design – Primary Use: Home gym

   • Exterior Feature: 500 Canopy
3. Exterior Finishes:
   • Cladding: Millboard composite – shadow line to front and sides only, rhino cladding to the rear
   • Glazing:
     • One set of aluminium 3-leaf Crittal style bifold doors
   • Two Vertical bespoke aluminum pencil windows for extra light, as the room was deep
   • Interior Specifications:

   • Walls: Plastered and painted finish
   • Dual air conditioning
   • Lighting:
   • • Interior: Downlights and multiple wall lights – multiple double sockets
     • Exterior: 4 x Chrome up/downlights
